About Forecast Land

Since 1968 Forecast Land Corporation has specialized in taking part in the urban growth of Southern California. We have an enviable record of helping our clientele acquire choice, entry-level investment properties located in the path of growth.

In the past 40 years we have witnessed an area which included a population of 3 million people explode into a great metropolitan area of over 25 million (currently California's population is 36 million.)  During these many years, great fortunes have been amassed by individuals who, for the most part, started with small money and great faith in their area.

Today the opportunities are greater than ever, however the supply of good quality, legally subdivided land is diminishing at an alarming rate. With population in the State of California, projected to reach 50 million by the year 2020, more and more pressure is placed on the available land that remains. Forecast Land has always believed that in order for a good land investment to exist, you have to define the demographics, look for the signs of that future growth, then get to that area while it is still affordable.

Donald Tivens - President

As an investor, subdivider, and land sales administrator the past 55  years, founder and president of Forecast Land Corporation, Donald Tivens has witnessed the entire panorama of the development of Southern California. His success has been attributed to his high standards and methods (which have not deviated over the years) of showing his clients how to follow a program that will lead them to wealth and prosperity. Lynn Tivens - Sr. Vice President-Operations

Lynn has been the corner stone of the company for the past 31 years. From the acquisition of all the company's inventory of land to the full computerization of the company, Lynn has taken the operations of the company to new heights. Customer relations and the publishing of the company quarterly news letter have been his more recent priorities, while establishing a successful and vital link to our clients and their land investment needs.

Randy Tivens - Vice President of Marketing & Communications

For the past 20 years Randy has handled all the marketing and public relations work for Forecast Land. His steady hand at guiding the public’s awareness of the unique product that Forecast Land deals in, has helped the company remain as the industry standard in land investment.
