Forecast Land Corporation’s step-by-step program is simplistic in
nature.
Upon our initial meeting, we discuss all the reasons this program
works; and we provide you with a financial planning strategy for the
21st century. This first discussion might take up to a few
hours because there is so much information to be dispensed. A proper
education of land is essential to find one’s way onto the right path to
financial success.
After determining if our program is suitable for you, we then proceed
with taking you out to examine an area which we believe should grow to our
expectations. We “prove our case” so to speak. We show you why we
believe an area should grow based on things that have already transpired.
We tell what we know about an area and YOU make the judgment call as to
whether or not you would like to be part of the growth in that area.
The process is simple but the results may be GRAND!
|
| Examples of areas
which grew beyond most peoples wildest dreams:
San Fernando Valley—In
1950 the San Fernando Valley had a population of 250,000. At that time the
LA planning commission stated in their general plan that by the year 1960
the San Fernando Valley would have a population of 750,000.
In 1960, the San Fernando Valley had 1,100,000 people!
Today the San Fernando Valley’s population is over 2,700,000!

Orange County—In
1955 Orange County had a population of 125,000. The planning commission
stated that in 10 years there would be 500,000 people residing in Orange
County.
In 1965 there were 775,000 people living in Orange County.
By 1980 there were 2,000,000 people living in Orange County.
Today there are more than 3 million people living in Orange County.
|
| San Diego—San
Diego had 200,000 people in 1960. Their county planners said there would
be at least 1,000,000 people by 1975.
By 1980 San Diego had a population of 2,250,000.
In 2000, the population grew to 3 million.

 |
| These are but a few
of the regions in Southern California which grew at tremendous rates into
unbelievable numbers.
Today, there are millions of young people in our schools plus a great
in-migration of people from all over the United States and the world who
dream of someday making their homes and fortunes in Southern California.
The opportunity to invest in good quality land is better now than it
ever was. These past 50 years have already proven that large population
growth uses up great quantities of formerly raw land. Why shouldn’t you
and your family also share in this kind of prosperity? Let us help you get
involved now! Later will be too late!
Please contact us by using
the submission form in this website so we may explain our program in
greater detail.
